Joshua served 8 years as a Military Police Soldier in the US Army across multiple deployments to areas of conflict and for peacekeeping missions. Today, Joshua is a trained and tested leader in all aspects of his life. For his family, or in service to his community, Joshua will always lead by example.

Joshua started a small business while attending Law School at night, showing his drive and dedication to excellence. Now, as a successful trial lawyer, he serves individuals harmed by the negligence of others by fighting for their rights through the civil justice system.

Serving on the Happy Valley Planning Commission as a member and as the chair since 2015, Joshua understands what it takes to guide the growth and development of Happy Valley. From his experience on numerous other workgroups and committees, he has gained firsthand knowledge of the issues Happy Valley faces in the coming years.
As a City Councilor, Joshua will ensure Happy Valley maintains its neighborhood charm.

Managing the strategic growth of our community to keep our “neighborhood” feel is extremely important. Joshua will always be a voice for the people to make sure we are on the right track.
